Havana ’59 graciously accepts reservations year round with the following requirements:
***Please only reserve the amount of space you know you will need. Empty chairs (which were reserved) only equate to others not being able to enjoy a nice evening at Havana.
***Please arrive on time. We expect a courtesy phone call if you are going to be late. As a courtesy, we will call the phone number given when the reservation was made to see if you still require seating. Your reservation is subject to loss if we don’t hear from you or can’t contact you, once you are 10 minutes late (by our clock).
***Please have all guests arrive before seating. We require at least 80% of the reservation be present prior to seating (unless prior arrangements were made with a Manager).
***Please make specific seating requests at the time of reservation. Quite often, special requests can’t be honored at the time of seating.
***Please note that most tables seat 4 guests. Two tables pushed together seat 8 guests. Three tables pushed together seat 12 guests. Four tables pushed together seat 16 guests. Increasing your guest count after the reservation is made is great with us, IF we have the space to seat your additional guests. We have to insure all of our guests are comfortable.
***Please give us a courtesy phone call if your guest count has gone down after making your reservation. This may allow us to release a full table for others attempting to enjoy Havana .
***A deposit of $100 is required for reservations of 20 people or more. This is non-refundable if you cancel the reservation less than 48 hours in advance OR less than 80% of your reserved guest count show up. Otherwise, we will apply the deposit to your final bill for the evening.
***A deposit of $50 may be required for reservations larger than 8 people during holiday periods. This includes the entire month of December. Same stipulations as above.
